What are the methods of polyurethane application?
- Airless spraying – used to obtain polyurethane coats (for example anticorrosive or abrasion resisting ones) on complicated surfaces, both horizontal and vertical.
- Free outflow into a mould technology - consists in felling a mould with polyurethane to obtain half-finished products or ready products; products obtained in this technology: boards, pipes, cubes, sleeves etc.
- Ribbon Flow technology – used on cylindrical surfaces , allows to obtain smooth polyurethane coat on shafts, rolls, wheels etc., without necessity to prepare precise and expensive moulds. It enables to apply polyurethane on any kind of roll.
