Savepol Poliuretany offers professional shafts and rolls protection against abrasive factors. Reliability of our protecting coats results in minimizing losses during production stoppage (repair), taking into consideration assembling during replacement the shafts and stoppage periods connected with this fact.
We mainly protect the following shaft surfaces:

On client’s request we can also produce coats with different hardness and with different mechanical parameters.
In these coats we use polyurethane with rubber-like properties but it has got much better usage parameters that traditionally used rubber, metal or ceramic coats. Much higher polyurethane strength and possibility to choose hardness enable to obtain lighter and fully vibration damping elements which extend effective worktime of device and minimize losses during production stoppage. Materials used by our company as well as technologies of applying them are much safer for environment.
- The quality of our products and service has been confirmed with Certificate ISO 9001:2000 in a range of production of anticorrosive, hydroinsulating, abrasion and chemically resistant coatings using airless spraying and moulding technology, as well as industrial floors. Certificate institution is TÜV Rheinland InterCert KFT.;
- Hygienic Certificate issued by Państwowy Zakład Higieny allows to perform anticorrosive protection and protection against mechanical damages of steel and concrete surfaces, including pipes and containers of drinking water;
- Technical opinion given by Polish Corrosive Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Korozyjne) concerning corrosion problems and selection of the best anticorrosive system of internal surfaces of demineralized water pipelines, from cooling tower to turbine set in power plants;
- Technical opinion given by The Division of Polymer Synthesis and Processing The Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology concerning usage of plastics as protection of internal surface of steel large-diameter pipes used for transportation of river water containing solids;
