Cones produced by our company are part of set, which consists of: a polyurethane cone, an intermediate element which ensures appropriate whirl angle of paper pulp and a head.
We have created our own modern production technology of SV 80 cones, which are alternative to AM 80 cones. Cone modifications allow to easy assembly and disassembly, practically without a risk of head damage. Thanks to it we are able to limit shutdown time during cones replacement to an absolute minimum. Former way of heads’ assembly (driving a head in, blocking it with steel pins) and disassembly (pulling out pins and heads out of a cone) very often led to their damages and was very laborious. That is why we have introduced innovative system of screw-in heads made of plastic strengthen with glass fibre.
