Idustrial floors Magna Crete® offered by Savepol Poliuretany company are an excellent product based on magnesium phosphate which , thanks to exothermic reaction, ensures fast hardening and obtaining high strength. These floors are characterized by very high using and quality parameters in the range of abrasion resistance, chemical resistance and anticorrosion.

 

Magna-Crete® is an exceptional, two-component mortar used for repairing and shotcreting, based on magnesium polyphosphate, fast setting, of high resistance, used outdoor and indoor.

    Application range:

The main usage of this product is protection of surfaces exposed to high temperatures or aggressive factors where short time of reparation is required, especially:

 

  • concrete surfaces of motorways and roads (including dents repairing),
  • concrete walls, pillars, columns, bridges, surfaces, stairs edges,
  • car park constructions (welds, beams, surface),
  • military and civilian airstrips,
  • platforms,
  • loading ramps and warehouses, industrial refrigerator floors, halls, hangars, engine rooms,
  • concrete pipelines, water culverts (canals walls, reconstruction of canal locks),
  • machines anchoring, anchor rods fixing,
  • devices used in food industry, beverages plants and breweries.

 

This product can be used as surface coat preventing chipping or as filling when an existing surface must be formed. System is suited for minor repairs and industrial installations repairs in every weather conditions and other works which need fast hardening and high resistance.

    Main advantages of offered product:

  • resistance to oils, salt water, saline solutions, alkalis, plane liquids, car leaks etc.,
  • fast setting with every kind of surface – no catching substances are needed,
  • full durability is obtained very fast – pedestrian traffic is possible after 30 minutes and vehicular traffic after 2 hours,
  • it can by applied in different temperatures (from -26ºC to +54ºC) as it is unnecessary to use water,
  • existing concrete does not have to be forged off,
  • high tolerance to changes of temperature,
  • complete impermeability,
  • resistance to shrinkage and cracking,
  • resistance to freezing and thawing,
  • resistance to chemical defrosting substances,
  • low or high porosity – depending on client’s request,

Preparation of foundation

Preparation of foundation consists in removing of loose material. During reparations of bridges, columns and carrying beams with reinforcement bars jutting out sand-blast cleaning is not necessary.

Technology of application

When Magna-Crete® is applied heating of concrete mixture and repaired area is not necessary, as well as keeping an appropriate temperature during hardening process. Magna-Crete® can be prepared in a wet or dry way, depending on client’s needs, by adding catalyst, in a normal concrete mixer or in a company container. We guarantee full finishing of industrial floor. We also guarantee appropriate preparation of foundation, coat application, technical service and professional performance as well as consultancy.

  • The quality of our products and service has been confirmed with Certificate ISO 9001:2000 in a range of production of anticorrosive, hydroinsulating, abrasion and chemically resistant coatings using airless spraying and moulding technology, as well as industrial floors. Certificate institution is TÜV Rheinland InterCert KFT.;
  • Hygienic Certificate issued by Państwowy Zakład Higieny allows to perform anticorrosive protection and protection against mechanical damages of steel and concrete surfaces, including pipes and containers of drinking water;
  • Technical opinion given by Polish Corrosive Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Korozyjne) concerning corrosion problems and selection of the best anticorrosive system of internal surfaces of demineralized water pipelines, from cooling tower to turbine set in power plants;
  • Technical opinion given by The Division of Polymer Synthesis and Processing The Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology concerning usage of plastics as protection of internal surface of steel large-diameter pipes used for transportation of river water containing solids;
  • Opinion given by Zakład Przetwórstwa Materiałów Metalowych i Polimerowych Instytut Materiałów Inżynierkich I Biomedycznych Wydział Mechaniczno Technologiczny at Gliwice University of Technology concerning innovative technology of free outflow.
