Connstant coating

Our company uses modern technology of applying abrasion resisting coats on shafts, rollers and rolls – so-called Ribbon Flow method which is an alternative to traditionally performed coatings.  By several-time applying coat in a form of ribbon on a rotating shaft or roll, a tight coat is obtained on the whole object.

Advantages of Ribbon Flow technology:

  • protection of any shafts and rolls which widths disable application in free outflow technology,

  • obtaining very precise, smooth on the whole surface coats, without necessity to prepare expensive moulds,

  • it is possible to obtain protection of any thickness,

  • long life span and high durability of coat result in longer service time,

  • during transport and assembly coat is flexible so there are not any cracks and surface damages.
