Savepol Poliuretany Sp. z o.o specializes in performing anticorrosive coats, which find application in every place where very high resistant to corrosive factors is required.

Our anticorrosive coats work well as protection of:

external surfaces of steel and concrete containers, both ground and underground (including LPG containers),
fuel tanks,
internal and external surfaces of steel pipes, including drinking water pipelines,

The coats are applied on protected surface with airless spraying.

Materials

Experience in processing different chemical components and working with such materials as rubber, epoxides, ceramics, steel, polyethylene and other plastics allow to conclude with certainty that polyurethane works much better that competitive materials and has some additional advantages. Among others, it is ease and speed of applying which enable to limit time of production or renovation stoppage, limitation of weight of protected construction or noise suppression. Materials used by our company as well as technologies of applying them are much safer for environment.

Range of colours

Polyurethane application is available in three basic colours. On client request we can apply coat in different colour. Our experienced and qualified staff guarantees high quality and aesthetic completion of coat.

Certificates

The quality of our products and service has been confirmed with Certificate ISO 9001:2000 in a range of production of anticorrosive, hydroinsulating, abrasion and chemically resistant coatings using airless spraying and moulding technology, as well as industrial floors. Certificate institution is TÜV Rheinland InterCert KFT.;
Hygienic Certificate issued by Państwowy Zakład Higieny allows to perform anticorrosive protection and protection against mechanical damages of steel and concrete surfaces, including pipes and containers of drinking water;
Technical opinion given by Polish Corrosive Association (Polskie Stowarzyszenie Korozyjne) concerning corrosion problems and selection of the best anticorrosive system of internal surfaces of demineralized water pipelines, from cooling tower to turbine set in power plants;
Technical opinion given by The Division of Polymer Synthesis and Processing The Faculty of Chemistry at Warsaw University of Technology concerning usage of plastics as protection of internal surface of steel large-diameter pipes used for transportation of river water containing solids;
