Airless spraying technology

Applying material on complicated vertical surfaces and ceilings, pipes, containers, steel and concrete constructions is performed with airless spraying. Obtaining a coat consists in mixing the components in the appropriate ratio and applying obtained substance on previously prepared surface with high-pressure unit. By several-time spraying a tight coat is obtained on the whole object.

 

Advantages of airless spraying technology:

  • coat can be applied on ‘difficult’, complicated surfaces,

  • obtained coat is smooth, without any welds and discontinuities,

  • excellent adherence to base/foundation,

  • thickness of coat is controlled from 0,3mm – 10mm,

  • limitation of weight of protected construction,

  • fast application and short stabilizing time of polyurethane coats enable to put devices into service after only 72 hours after work completion,

  • coat can be applied in a hall or directly at a building site thanks to a mobile stock of machines,

  • during transport and assembly coat is flexible so there are not any cracks and surface damages.
