Additional information:
To apply material on complicated vertical surfaces and ceilings, pipes, containers, steel or concrete constructions, without any welds or discontinuities we use unique technology of airless spraying. To perform abrasive resistant coats on different kinds of wheels (for example: for forklift trucks, for bed knives) we use free outflow into a mould technology.

In these coats we use polyurethane with rubber-like properties but it has got much better usage parameters that traditionally used rubber, metal or ceramic coats. Much higher polyurethane strength and possibility to choose hardness enable to obtain lighter and fully vibration damping elements which extend effective worktime of device and minimize losses during production stoppage. Materials used by our company as well as technologies of applying them are much safer for environment.
